SHIPPING QUESTIONS...

Shipping

When you place an order you will receive both a confirmation order email as well as an email when the item ships out. 

Packages are shipped from KIRKLAND, WA and get picked up once a day. Any orders placed in the late afternoon or evening will go out the following business day.  

If you need faster shipping than what is available upon checkout please call (425) 448-7879 or send an email to sales@wittywears.com. We'll work to accommodate your needs and provide additional shipping options (and their associated costs.)  

We offer free shipping for orders $100 or more USA only. Order must meet or exceed $100 before tax to be eligible for free shipping. 

Local Delivery is an option for any order placed in Edmonds, Woodway or Shoreline. When you place your order, choose  "Local Delivery" in the notes section. 

International Shipping

We ship to Canada.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Retail Sales

We want you to be delighted with your order from us, but if something does not work out, please let us know!

 

We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement free of charge. 

 

We accept returns due to customer error up to 10 days after the date of delivery. This includes an incorrect selection of size, designs, or color. 

 

To be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

 

We do not accept returns on discounted sales (40% or higher) or personalized items.

We will provide a return label via email but please be aware that the total amount of the refund will not include the shipping fee for the original order or the return label fee.

Once the return order is received, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your items and issue a refund. It will depend on your bank and payment method on how long it will take to reflect in your account. We have no control over how quickly your bank takes to reflect that money. You will receive an email confirmation that the eligible refund is being processed. 

​

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our automated production facility to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately because of this automated process, any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is processed.

 

Final Sale Items and Holiday Items are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes all hats/headwear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exchange Policy

Need to make an exchange?

We can exchange items due to customer error up to 10 days after the date of delivery. This includes an incorrect selection of size, design, or color.

To start this process, please email us at sales@wittywears.com with your order number and the item, size, and color you wish to exchange it for.

We will make you aware of the shipping fee for the new item(s), return label for the original item(s), and any price difference (if any). Once that is agreed upon and settled, you'll receive an email confirming your exchange order along with the return label.

Once the original item(s) are received at our shop, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your item(s).

 

New order processing takes up to 7-10 business days plus 3-4 days for shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Shipping costs are non refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are considered custom and non-refundable, non-returnable with the exception of manufacturing errors or defects.It is important to thoroughly review the job approval form for all spelling, sizing and colors.
